ONLINE THERAPY IN GEORGIA for whatever season you’re in

Indie Counseling offers virtual individual therapy for teens, college students, and adults throughout Georgia. I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self esteem, pregnancy and postpartum, and the moments when life or relationships start to feel a little different than they used to.

LIFE DOESN’T ALWAYS FIT NEATLY

YOU CAN BE OKAY and still want something to change

Maybe things look mostly fine from the outside, but something has been taking up more space in your mind lately. A relationship feels different. You’re questioning a decision, stepping into a new season, or noticing that the way you’ve always handled things isn’t working quite as well anymore.

You might be overthinking conversations, trying to keep everyone happy, wondering what comes next, or realizing you want to understand yourself a little better. Therapy can give us room to slow things down, notice what keeps coming up, and get curious about what feels important to you.

For navigating friendships, family, dating, partnerships, boundaries, changing relationships, and the relationship you have with yourself.

THERAPY FROM WHERE YOU ARE

MAKING SPACE FOR what’s been on your mind

Online therapy gives you a consistent place to pause, reflect, and talk about what’s been on your mind without adding another place to get to. Whether you’re at home, away at college, or somewhere else in Georgia, you can meet from a private space that feels comfortable for you.

My approach is person centered, relationship focused, and integrative. I’m interested in the bigger picture, including what’s happening now, the relationships and experiences that have shaped you, and the patterns you’re beginning to notice. I’ll bring curiosity, intuition, questions, and perspective while drawing from different therapeutic perspectives and tools when they feel useful.

A LITTLE ABOUT WHO YOU’LL BE TALKING TO

I’m Brooke May, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the therapist behind Indie Counseling. I’m naturally curious, intuitive, and interested in the connections between where you’ve been, what you’re experiencing now, and who you’re becoming.

Therapy with me is warm, curious, and human. There’s room for questions, perspective, the deep stuff, everyday life, and some humor along the way.
