WONDERING IF WE MIGHT BE A good fit?

Whether you’re ready to talk about therapy or have a question before deciding, reaching out is a good place to start.

LET’S start WITH A CONVERSATION.

Sometimes the best way to know if a therapist feels like a good fit is to have a conversation.

Schedule a free 15-minute consultation below. We’ll briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions you have about therapy, my approach, or Indie Counseling.

HAVE A QUESTION first?

If you’re not quite ready to schedule or have a question before booking, you’re welcome to reach out using the form below. I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Please avoid including sensitive or detailed health information in this form. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
