A LITTLE ABOUT how i see therapy

THERE’S ROOM FOR WHO YOU are & WHO YOU’RE becoming.

Life rarely fits neatly into one category. You can love someone and feel frustrated with them, feel excited about what’s next and miss what you’re leaving behind, or feel grateful for where you are and still wonder if something needs to change.

Therapy gives us space to get curious about those in between places. Together, we’ll look at the relationships, experiences, and patterns that have shaped you while paying attention to what feels right for who you are now and who you’re becoming.

I’ll listen closely, ask plenty of questions, offer perspective, and make room for both what you know and what you’re still figuring out. We can also get curious about the ways you naturally make sense of yourself and your experiences, whether through reflection, metaphor, intuition, or simply noticing what seems to resonate. There’s no one right way to do this work. We’ll follow what feels meaningful and useful to you.

THERAPY CAN HOLD more THAN ONE THING AT A TIME

the deep stuff

Relationships, patterns, identity, and the things you’ve been carrying for a while.

A white porcelain teacup and saucer set sitting on a light-colored surface with steam rising from the cup, suggesting a hot beverage like tea or coffee.
the everyday stuff

The conversation you keep replaying, the text you’re overthinking, or whatever happened this week.

A stack of colorful books with titles by various authors on a wooden surface, beside a lit candle and a marble-patterned coaster. The background includes a table lamp with a pleated shade and some dried flowers.
and some humor, too

We can take what you’re going through seriously without every moment feeling serious.

FOCUSED

Exploring how you relate to others and yourself

A NOTE FROM ME TO YOU

You don’t need to come to therapy knowing exactly what you need. Bring the questions, the uncertainty, the messy parts, and the things that are a little harder to explain. We can get curious about all of it together.

Behind her, there is a wooden side table with a large bouquet of white and pink lilies and roses in a glass vase, a lamp with a beige shade, and a framed diploma from Mercer University on the wall near a window with white blinds that shows a green outdoor scene.

Hi, I’m Brooke

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

THE TRAINING BEHIND HOW I show up

My approach is person centered, relationship focused, and integrative. I’m interested in not only what you’re experiencing, but also the relationships, patterns, and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and move through the world.

Together, we’ll notice what keeps coming up, make connections between where you’ve been and where you are now, and explore different perspectives, meanings, or tools when they feel useful.

I bring curiosity, intuition, questions, perspective, and clinical training to our work while trusting that you know yourself and your life better than anyone else.
